SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES

UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days – £3.99
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days – £5.99
- Free UK Standard Shipping on all orders over £35

International Shipping
- European Union: 5–7 business days – £9.99
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days – £14.99
- Free International Shipping on orders over £100

Note: Some countries may be temporarily restricted due to local regulations.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.
- Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.

TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

- Select supplements (e.g. probiotics) may require temperature-stable shipping during warmer months.
- Where needed, we include insulated packaging at no extra cost to protect product integrity.
- In extreme heat or cold, we may delay dispatch to ensure safe delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Track your order via our website or directly with the carrier.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

- All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place).
- Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please verify your country’s import rules for dietary supplements before purchasing.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:
- Check safe spaces or with neighbors
- Contact the courier or your local depot
- Still missing? Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation

UNDELIVERABLE & RETURNED PACKAGES

If your order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Missed delivery collection

We’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
